Edlira Përfundi

Ms. Edlira Përfundi was born in the city of Gramsh on April 17, 1985. Since January 2022, Ms. Përfundi has held the position of Director in the “Directorate of the Diplomatic Corps Service” at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.

Ms. Përfundi has completed her higher education at “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University and graduated with excellent results in the field of Finance and Accounting. She has also attended advanced training in her professional field, focusing on financial sector development, asset management, and financial strategy preparation. She is in the process of obtaining the title of “Certified Accountant.”

Ms. Përfundi has several years of work experience in administration and management, both in the public administration and the private sector. Her professional career as a finance professional began in the private sector from 2008 to 2014. She then contributed with various roles in the public administration. From 2014 to 2018, she served at the Ministry of Development, Economy, Tourism, Trade, and Entrepreneurship. From 2018 to 2020, she served as Director at “Industrial Enterprise No. 1” at the Ministry of Finance and Economy. In 2021, she worked at the Regulatory and Compliance Department at the Prime Minister’s Office.

Ms. Edlira Përfundi is married and a mother of a son.
